General Lighter socket

Hi all just want ask if is ok to connect multi socket like this one ,in main lighter socket with wire and still use it ? Thanks

so long as your total usage for all appliances does not exceed 10 Amps, you'll be fine using that.

Some time i need 2 things plugged in like i have dash cam and satnav ,or phone to charge ,if that will be ok ? Thanks

2 or 3 item like that should be no problem. if all your appliances work with a USB socket, why not get something like this? it would avoid clutter.
