Technical Leak from rocker cover/ Coil pack area??

If the coil pack is off - id just put a nice bead of sealant on that housing face, as well as a new O-Ring seal

Why go to all that bother of pulling cam caps off?

Hi,

It sounds like you had what I had. Clean the engine area up with degreaser, take it out for a spin, leave it for half an hour then feel about for oil. I found that it was the ignition coil housing o ring seal as I ran my finger on the nut located directly beneath the two coil packs (in the centre of the two packs) and there was oil on it. If there is oil there then take off the coil pack housing, degrease the o ring housing seal and camshaft cover seal then liquid gasket sealant in the o ring housing, o ring into the housing then fix the coil pack housing back on and leave to dry for 8 hours. The gasket sealer you should use should be flexible when hardened (a rubbery consistency).
