ok when i set off knocking sound coming from front not sure if its o/s or n/s, when i go over potholes and rough road i can hear the knocking sound its there on full lock left and right.

yeah it knocks repeatedly on full lock both leftlock and right lock

Quite possibly CV joint (constant velocity) Its on the shaft conecting to the wheel.Check the rubber boot,its probably split which lets the grease out,and dust in.This overheats the joint,wrecking it.You can get a new boot and re-pack it with grease,but truth be told once you hear it,its time to change it.Hope this helps somewhat.

Checked the rubber boot both look ok no splits.
