squeeking and knocking from the rear

hi all
my 97 1.4 brava has developed a squeek and knocking from the rear suspension.
it squeeks over small bumps and knocks over bigger ones. seems worse when its had a long run. doesnt seem to be any problem when i bounce on the suspension when its stationary.
i'm thinking either knackered shock, wheel bearing or trailing arm bearing with any luck, if not it could be the subframe bushes which i cant seem to find any info or problems involving them.
anyone got any ideas or had this symptom?

belive it or not but i had this problem and it turned out to be the rear seats!!!! LOL

i ended up puting a sleve round the left catch!

dont know if it will work for you but it did me 8)

cheers guys but its defintely a major squeek and rattle, worse with the windows down.
reckon it could be the trailing arm bush. will have a prod tomorrow

well, seems to be the ns trailing arm bush. jacked it up and theres sideways play on one side only... shop4 parts do a kit, hopefully not too painful to fit.
