Anyone know of anywhere in the West Mids that can do a clutch replacement on my 1.8 Bravo? How much do Kwik-fit etc charge? Some idea on labour time/cost?

Bloody car, I'd earmarked that cash for summat else and now this happens :(

Its about a 5 hour job, between 35-70 quid an hour +about 100 quid for the clutch.....

Not too sure about who does em in the west mids as im in the east mids ...from a clutch centre though they normally charge around 300 all in but there normally animals so check all the bolts are in before you leave.

LOL that inspires confidence then :) Might have a word with my friendly mechanic mate and see if he can do it, I ain't spending 300 quid on a car thats worth less than a grand!

Sorted now - there is a Fiat specialist in Willenhall who did the job for 190 quid all in, drives like a new car now - can't believe how heavy the clutch was before - it's lovely and light now!
