Keyboard - gobleydegook!?

Dads computer has thrown a wobbler.

You go onto google and type in Fiat Forum but it comes up Fiat4Forum4 or fyiatforym it's like it's gone mad. Also the google toolbar keeps going full size.

Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :bang:

checked for driver updates?
my logitech mx3200 went a similar way and a mini receiver firmware upgrade fixed it

No, have replaced them

Take it he installed the "drivers" for the keyboard?

if so go to "windows start"- "control panel" - "Regional and Language options"

next click on the language tab - then "Details"

then check that they keyboard is set to United Kingdom


#might not be any help but worth a try if you leave it set as US as xp tries to do " becomes @ for example #

Anything in the way of the receiver? I know a friend who has a wireless mouse and if you put a credit card near the receiver it gets all confused - possibly the chip inside the card upsetting the signal?

also make sure the reciever is straight into a mobo USB slot
mine plays up if i put it in the hub
