anybody know if there is a database with the vin to pin codes for the scudo 2 like they have for the peugeot expert. does your database have the vin to pin code for this scudo and is it a separate code for the mechanical key code.. vin is ZFA27000064174033

FIAT should have it. This site isn't officially anythingh to do with FIAT, though.............

Yes Fiat do have it, but they want £39 for the privalage of getting it. Must be a cheaper way. Spoke to fiat and they dont even keep the pin codes, They store them with an international security company that they have to pay to access them on your behalf, hence the stupid fee. Or maybe just another rippoff.....

Let us be clear here.

I very much doubt that the "Fiat Company - Turin" do not have the codes for every car Fiat have made.

In the UK because of OTT insurance industry stupidity all code data that ships with the car is removed at the importation docks and sent to the NVSR (or whatever they are called these days). In Europe and all other countries the Code Card is passed onto the purchasing customer!

Now if you ask Fiat UK for your code data they will almost certainly refere you to your dealer. Your dealer can only get the data from NVSR.

NVSR is a private company holding all the car's crown jewells and access to the data is charged for.

Personally I think this is totally wrong and another case of "Rip Off Britain".

I keep meaning to go into a Vauxhall, Ford, another dealer and see if they operate the same crass system.
