Hoping to order the eibach anti roll bar kit from larkspeed.com tommorow if they can get me one in soon. £250.00

Also would like to upgrade the suspension kit, just not sure which to go for quite like the look of the eibach coil overs.

Hey KC3!

Spoke to larkspeed about your chrome supersprint exhaust - thinking of ordering the cat back one but has to come from Italy and as they are all on holiday it will take 6 weeks (n)

Have been quoated £304 for the Mrk 2 version (815225) - does this sound about right?

Obviously does not include carriage or fixing but have got Avanti in Ipswich ready to sort me out (done free temporary repair to keep me roadworthy for the moment). (y)

Hi! Julian, sorry forgot to post up a link, glad you found them though.

Just looking through my invoices and i purchased the supersprint b/box model no. 813325 for £265.00 + vat and the manifold 814501 for £334.50.

I also purchased a 200cel sports cat and had a stainless steel mid section made at a local exhaust place for another £200, Total cost was £845.00. WOW! diddnt relise the total cost as i purchased individualy over time but well worth it.

Does anyone here with a barchetta have 215 or more profile tyres on their B.

Just wondering as i would like to put this size on at the rear, but think i will first need to widen the track.

When I bought my b she was running on 215/40.17. It looked good, but it was very little room in the rear arches! Some of the plastic shields has been partly destroyed because of to little off-set. When one of my rear tires exploded last year I changed to 205/40.17, and I'm very happy with that. It looks better with 215, but imo 205 is wide enough.

KC3,

Supersprint chrome exhaust (cat back) ordered from larkspeed (y)

Might be 6 weeks + before I see it though

Will let all mk2 owners what it is like when it finally arrives.......

I put the 215/40/17 tyres on my rims yesterday, and they don't come up as wide as i thought they would but just have straightened up over the rim , enough to protect it from kerbing. (y)

I managed to get them on the rear without any fouling but it still looked as if i needed to widen the track.

I had a little play with some cheap spacers i had just to get an idea of the look and a 10mm spacer to the rear levels up the wheels just superb.

Here's a few pic's ,first is before and the rest after is with spacer. tell me what you think!

Hello! Silver,

Good news! i put the 215's on the front and no fouling, Its mm away from the inner arch on full lock but gave her a good test round a few bends and no problems. (y) looks great and feels much better. Will get some for the rear and widen the track by 20mm, 10mm each side.

Her's some pic's of the 215 on the front. it fills the arch much better and with a little more drop to 35mm, she will sit very nice. :D
