Hello guys. :) :)

These are the updated prices for current year.

FRONT LIFT KIT :

Springs : 150 + 18 Euros (168 E)
Flange (you need it when you lift your panda) : 115 E
Shock Absorbers (front & rear ones) : 150 E
Spacers for shock absorbers (+12 mm) : 75 E

REAR LIFT KIT :

Wedge-Shaped Spacers : 80 E
(you put them below the leaf springs)
Leaf Spring Shackles : 100 E

TOTAL PRICE FOR PIECES : 688 EUROs

Add 6-7 Euros for different payment tickets (695 Euro)
Add 100 Euros for the different shippings (each piece is made by a different factory) , and about 30 - 40 Euros are my gain.

Shipping weight is between 20-25 kilograms. (125 Euro)
The standard weight for a lift kit is 22 – 23 kilograms.

695 + 100 + 125 = 920 Euros

Final price for British members : 920 EUROs

Note : The kit is fully "hand-made" and I use it since December 2009. It works fine on the road, and also in Off- Road use.

Different persons of this forum met me in Italy in 2015, so you can ask them. ;)

After I will finish my studies, I will create a convention with this forum regarding lift kits and also spare parts from Italy.

I have all pictures and documents ready for it (translations included) , I'm just waiting some more time because at moment I cannot be flooded with hundreds requests. :D :D

.

Thank really appreciate your time and detail.
If I go ahead and it's way over my budget could I collect in Italy?
Work between Rome, Milan and Turin every so often.

Sure, I can send it where you prefer. :D :D

In Italy the shipping is cheap , just consider that the weight of the box is 22 - 24 kilograms.

I live in South Italy, on Adriatic Sea (Italian Caribbeans).

If you come in South Italy we can meet, my town is 500 km far from Rome.

If you add me on facebook, we can have a talk and I can send you pictures of the lift kit, and more details.

Yes fine best to ring me or Adam our lift cost )£120 £ 10 per cm
Message me or ad for the phone numbers

I get the feeling there is a cost / skill / time trade off to be had here. As impressive as Steve’s recent builds have been, the skill required is as great as the money that would need to be invested importing parts from Italy. What is most impressive to me is Steve and Adams willingness to share. Far too many people in this world would have kept all that development entirely to themselves in selfish elitism. I think they may need respect the fears of mere mortals though. :)

Sorry for adding to the increasing off topic ness of you thread DC
Liam

That's fine. No rules I asked and got lots of info. As you say it's either pay for a package or go on a voyage of discovery!

With out techinal drawings or infomation.

For the above kit
Is the travel of the front shocks the same or longer
The steering connection must be raised. By the lift height yes /no
As the lift moves up the body ,
Do the swing arms get changed too to correct the track ?yes /no
Front control arm spacers required to correct the wheel base . yes/no
If the panda is lifted at the front by a hydraulic jack can the wheels turn completely freely when off the ground . yes/no.
Do the rear shocks still have extra travel when the rear of the panda is lifted by hydraulic jack

These questions are out of interest on an engineering point of view not commercial
Ye s/ no answer
Would be appreciated
Steve

Well, first of all I want to make clear one thing, please. ;)

I'm not a seller, I do not own any drawing, I do not produce these pieces.
Each piece is made by a different factory, they own the drawings.

When British Panda drivers call me, usually Freebo or AndyPanda4x4 , I help the persons to get the whole lift kit.

If you send me a private message, I will send you all the pictures to show you the pieces.

=============================================================

1) Is the travel of the front shocks the same or longer ??? Longer

2) The steering connection must be raised. By the lift height
As the lift moves up the body ,
Do the swing arms get changed too to correct the track ?

I don't understand this question ........ :bang:

3) Front control arm spacers required to correct the wheel base .

You only need to bring the car to your mechanic after you finish the lift, to fix the convergence & camber.
I don't remember of persons using spacers for front arms.

4) If the panda is lifted at the front by a hydraulic jack can the wheels turn completely freely when off the ground ?? YES

5) Do the rear shocks still have extra travel when the rear of the panda is lifted by hydraulic jack ??? YES

I hope my translation is clear, this is the best I can say...... :)

Some words are hard for me to understand, because I don't know all the pieces in English.

If you have more questions regarding the lift, you can ask to AndyPanda4x4 or Freebo , they use with success this lift kit. (y)(y)

You might want to speak to Freddy, He has a kit that he's gonna stick on his Panda and he was the one that fitted mine to my Panda.
