Also noticed a blow coming from front flexi on exhaust . Was thinking replacing whole system maybe stainless anybody got any ideas ?

Thanks jamo

jack front of the car up, spin the wheels by hand, if you notice that the wheel slows down in one spot more than the rest, ie it's rubbing, its likely that the disk is warped. i had this on my old corsa, and it was just on the left hand side disk, but was very noticeable on medium to hard braking, especially from above 50mph, it got quite scary actually. the disks are cheap enough and easy to replace, half hour job. might be a good idea to change the pads at the same time if it turn out you need to change the disks.
the exhaust, i always take it to a garage, the bolts are usually too well rusted for me to be bothered swearing and cursing at. It's just easier to take to someone who has a lift or a pit rather than crawling around in the dirt on your back with inches of room to work in.
