NumanR, any chance of indicating which Examiner Graph Reading was used as I intend to get mine checked soon (due to the fact my JTD is not compatible with an ELM interface )Ok I decided to check my airflow meter today, it passed the readings on examiner, I then fitted a replacement sensor and retested it. It passed again. However, the interesting thing was that the old unit reacted slower to airflow change, not measurable on a multimeter but when displayed as a graph on examiner recorder it was quite obvious. The drive home was very smooth and appears to have cured the fault. I will monitor the engine performance over the next few weeks but when you check your airflow meter a good unit will not only be correctly calibrated and reading accurately but will also react to airflow change quickly, and this change may not be obvious using a multimeter.
