Is there any way to convert the tracks in itunes (bought via itunes) to mp3 easily?

I ask, as I want to make an mp3 cd so i can fit some tracks onto a single cd for roadtrip tomorrow. But it's itunes, and obviously wont let me :tosser:

Cheers in advance

what version of itunes do you have? if its 6.0 its a pita removing the drm's

can you not just burn them straight onto a disc? or must they be converted to mp3?

if so, theres a few programmes out there to do that, google itunes decoder, or itunes drm removal, that should throw up most of the solutions

another solution is, if you have a sound recording package, play the track, record it, save it in a new format, but it means playing teh tracks individualy and takes forever that way

54 tracks on this playlist bud

now would be a great time to say Limewire shouldn't be used instead as artists do not get the money for their hard work

it may be free, easy to use, convineient and not have any download conversion problems, but its moraly wrong ;)

Used WMP for years, then memory issues made me look at other options. Suprisingly iTunes seems to run better on my PC. Saying that though, not one bit of music on my system was downloaded using iTunes, ripped every CD album and single a while back and that makes up the bulk of my collection.

One thing that bugs me about iTunes is the album art...it sucks. Mind you, got MP3tag and that seems to help matters.

Never tried to convert music through iTunes nor any other bit of software. Tekzilla recommends one of these programs for it though, which I may download at somepoint... http://www.dbpoweramp.com/

BTW, off topic i know, but my mate came into work the other day with a fake iphone, was convinced it was the real deal until i actually started using the thing! the software is as near as......pity the touch screen was really **** though! :(

think i'll wait and get the real deal!(y)
