Dont download it there are loads of problems i cant change any file names in finder now and i dont even have it open.

i havent updated my itunes for abut 3 months coz there has been soo many problems. my mate did it and it was taking about 20 seconds to put a song on his ipod.
he had to leave it plugged in all day

The tooll bar didn't work at all when I update to version 8. A repair install fixed it though.

there are loads for the mac. floola, songbird and yamipod are probably the big3 on the mac (all 3 work on PC too).

Fixed it now just used the disk utility reset stuff thingy.
i think iTunes 8 is pretty good, the Genius toolbar though... bloody apple trying to make more money selling songs

Ive not had any problems with Itunes 8 so far.
i think most people already have, but they are still suckers for the fashion accessory status of an ipod.
fashion has nothing to do with the quality or features of the product, so it doesn't matter that there are many better products at a cheaper price. only an ipod will do.
apple can stick the letter 'i' in front of anything and sell it for twice its market value. i wouldnt buy anything they sell, but i respect them for doing it so well.
