My lovely 100hp has now been sold, just like to say thanks to everyone on the forum for all the repsonses and good advice i've recieved in the past.

Reason its gone is to make way for a bigger family car

So I neded up going for this, don't think it will be as much fun as the 100hp on the B-roads though

You might be surprised I used to have an Octavia estate and it was a extremely capable car, possibly not as much fun but very little is!!!! Shame you had to sell the 100 but needs must.

We Hired a car on holiday last year and they turned up with a brand new Skoda Fabia, a very nice car, drove really well, couldn't fault it !... long gone are the days of Skoda being a joke !

Yeh its the 2.0 TDi vRS sposed to be pretty good fun, and its much bigger and pracitcal for us, but I will miss the 100hp

Nice one! I quite fancy one of those as well. It would be to replace our current 'family car' though, I'll be keeping the Panda as our 2nd car! Like the 100hp, its a bargain compared with other similar cars.

Have you looked in on any Skoda forums yet?
