I went for the weekend to my cousins house up in Preston, as he was giving me a tour of the place, I noticed a very familiar car, it was my Uno that had been written off, I took a very detailed look around it and it looked in perfect condition the best it had ever been:D:D:D

If cars have been written off can the re-sell them[?][?][?]

I believe so, but it'll be recorded as a category 'D' or 'C' on VCAR if you were to run a HPI on it.

Of course you can, that's why the Classic Car industry is still very much alive.

Example: an owner of a Wolseley Hornet (Crayford Convertible) ran it into a tree - as there were only 57 ever manufactured do you think that it would have been scrapped?

Back in 1965 - Heinz had a soup competition offering one of 57 Crayford Convertibles as a prize; last I heard there were 31 still around ...

Suffers from the dreaded tinworm but it's all there ...

Metamec copper brake pipes
Currently immobile with a knackered gearbox and mouldy upholstery ;)
Replacement 5-speed 'box and new QH clutch in garage ready to fit
and is likely to remain there for some time yet due to my EXTREME
LAZINESS (and it's cold and wet out there - okay, so I'm a wimp) ...

i think steve might have a 'thing' for the Wolseley Hornet - he just seems to know a bit too much about it :)

i'll take that as an acknowledgement of these feelings, perhaps we could have a whip round to win this auction for steve?

or maybe we would be better just visiting him and forcing him to fix his panda!
