Hi. I have a Ron Arad 2015 fiat 500 and up until a few days ago I could use the usb to attaché my iPhone XS and play Audi books and music through cR speakers now no sound at all. Us. right g the phone but no sound. Anybody know how to fix this. Local fiat dealer offer to “look at it” for £145 but can’t guarantee they can tell what’s wrong

Blue&Me hasn't been updated for ages, and probably never will now, but I'll bet your phone's had a software update recently ...
Blue&Me was terrible when it came out and has only gotten worse, my advice would be to replace the stereo with an aftermarket one, can cost less than £100 for the stereo and required adaptors and will work better than B&M ever did.

Did it work at any time before, have you recently changed anything on the phone or the car, have you checked to see if your car software needs an update?
After years of faithful service from my Nokia phone and it working perfectly with Blue&me, I have had to change to an iPhone 10.
Apart from not reading messages it worked OK with B&M. I have done the update and note on the Fiat site it was 2015 that the download page was last updated.
The newest phone listed is still the iPhone 6. Great!
needless to say even following the update the message reader does not work. Ah well, at least I can still call etc.
Is B&M on new Fiats still? If so why can't they provide a decent update for previous versions???

It was succeeded by Uconnect, which isn't much better IMO

I have an iphone XS. I went onto the blue & Me page as instructed and no file was there !!! Can you listen to music on your phone through the car? I currently have digged out an old ipod classic which works. That doesn't even work as a remote - You have to unplug it , select your music, start playing on the ipod and then plug it in.
My iPhone 11 works with a 2011 Punto with blue and me, that said one car with seemingly identical set up can not work when another will so if the car doesn’t work with your phone it’s more than likely blue and me being picky

When on the update page -
I click on the 'Download the latest Blue&Me Software from the Blue&Me Update Page'
and all I get is an empty blue screen

Are you using a Mac ?
I believe the whole website runs on flash so you need the flash plug in, I seem to think the site doesn’t work well on macs and if you can you need a widows PC or a browser that isn’t safari
