Blue and Me problem connecting

Hello everyone,

I have a Fiat Punto Evo and im trying to connect Blue and Me to the TomTom navigator, i enter the pin from the car in the TomTom and it says after that "Please check that Bluetooth is enable on your car" so I tried to update it, but the site isnt working for me, any help?

Oh yeah, i tried to update it using from the dowlands "Blue and Me 10 (UK)" and it didnt work, it shows me this.
