Also if you check the tinterweb and its ever so reliable sourcesthere are a few benchmark tests showing the iPhone 5 running faster processing speeds than the S3 on many tasks.
The ios6 maps are crap but you can always open a browser and head to maps.google.co.uk
People seem to have been blinded to the fact the browser exists, that you don't need an app for everything.
