Technical Injection system

I have a 2008 diesel Fiat Ducato 2.3 based Pilote CityVan CV60H motorhome. The injection system failure warning light has come on continuously glowing orange (not red as per handbook). The van appears to be running perfectly normally. Should I assume that as per the manual and a red light that my orange warning light also indicates imperfect operation of the injection system? Any advice, thoughts, or suggestions?
