Technical Problem with Fiat Navigation system

This system had been working perfectly well until today. Pressed the nav button to start it up up and got a black screen with file loading message across it but nothing loaded and the screen went black.
Have kept trying to open but it keeps repeating that message along with showing a small square window with a message in Chinese across the centre of the screen before going black again. Any ideas anyone it’s most frustrating.

Model as it’s in our motorhome which we have recently purchased

Searching for GPSBOX 20181204 suggests it's a vehicle tracking device, not a navigation device.

By the way we have established that the message in the Chinese window reads Mobilenavigator.exe with a yellow exclamation mark. Exasperated lol
