Does the Fiat 500 indicator relay fit the Fiat Panda?

What indicatorrelay? The relay that does click when indicating right or left? That's part of the Bodycomputer and no relay.

If you want a louder click or buzz, it will have to be wired into an indicator wire.

But the 169 does not have a seperate indicator relay as such as its soldered inside the BSI (body computer)

Most indicator, brake light problems are down to problems with corrosion within the rear light housing
