One 4 channel amp (4 x 50wrms), one 10" or 12" in a sealed box, one pair of 16.5" comps.

That will be loud, clear give good staging and be a piece of p1ss to wire up with minimum drain on your electrics.

You're a bit off as well Paul........since when can you get 16.5 inch comps? :p I wasn't all there last night :)

JBL are good as many will probably agree AND thats an excelent deal, BUT pioneer have grown to be better over the alst 5 years. I know this from having installed the old 6x9's and comparing to knew ones, they arent any simialr quailt, the new ones are far suppierior and look gorgeous, (Especially if you had a yellow cinq :p )

Of course Obviously no where near as gorgeous as infinity reference though :p

ive seen a package deal in max power mag, with pionner comps,6x9s,and amp for about £260!. i really want the pioneers, coz they will look well nice in my yellow cinq sporting :) :) :) :) , although if i could find some red cone speakers of similiar quality , i might consider them, red would look cool as well dont u think?

Don't go by looks, go by quality. No point having something that looks nice but sounds pap.

If you want yellow speakers, search for Focal on Ebay and pick up some used comps of theirs. They'll blow Pioneer out of the water.
well the focals look solid, but there a little bit out of my price range at the moment:eek: .

can someone pls help. IF i get some comps up front in my CInq in the doors, with tweeters in dash!. were do i put the Amp?. id rather not have it on show

so the amp in back powering comps up front is not a good idea?. but wot if i wanted to power 6x9s in shelf And the Comps up front, u think this wud bw a niightmare to wire up?

Its perfectly fine to put the amps wherever you want to put them. Obviously if you have your amp under a seat you can have shorter power cables, speaker cables etc. There is nothing stopping you from putting the amp in the boot and running the speaker wire from the boot to the front :)

And I wouldn't amp the 6x9s - run them off the HU. In fact, I wouldn't have them altogether :)
