I'm not 100% sure what those codes are but U1601 is usually a key reading issue - either it can't read the key, the key signal is incomplete, or it picked up a signal from another key.
Do you have another key (e.g. the original one) next to the ignition key you are using?
The other thing to check is the connections to the key reader ring around the ignition barrel. If you had yours apart it could be damaged or not properly connected.
