you will not be able to beat black, thats a fact as it draws in more light in from its surroundings and gives off better reflections, end of...
bozzy, that is a seriously nice stillo, well done buddy, keep up the good work.

which model is it? looks fandabidozy!!!
T-JET, the two bucket method is simply one bucket mixed with your solution, i.e. the car shampoo, the other is a plain bucket of water. you should charge your wash mitt with the shampoo, then clean the desired part of the car, then rinse in the bucket of plain water and carry on repeating this until the car is finished!

this would then mainly keep all the dirt and grit in the bucket of plain water, and away from the bucket with the solution in which then should create less swirls and scratches on the paintwork of your beloved car!
Jassyo, i still disagree with you. for instance, whilst meguiars products from halfords etc are pretty good, the professional range which you have to buy from online dealers etc is far better.... and as S-X-I has said, the wax and polish are completely different, the polish offers no protection at all, it will just improve the finish giving a better depth to the overall paintwork the wax is the product that offers protection from bad weather, grime, dirt etc etc
and waxing isn't just about 'shining a car' what about the depth to the paintwork it will give, what about popping or muting the flake to create the look you want, and what about the protection and durability it offers? the price tag usually is warrented by all the things the wax offers, you get what you pay for!
cheers, david.
