i can hear them but they can't hear me

Hi i'v just got my grande punto.

Everything worked fine, then one day when making a call using blue and me it just stopped working. i can connect, access all contacts and make a call, it will ring and the person i am ringing will answer. I can hear them talking to me but i cant talk back, they cant hear me.

any suggestions.....
