Hello,

First of all i apologize for my bad english (i'm italian, writing on an english forum because i can't find any italian forum on this italian car, funny isn't it? :) )
I upgraded (!!!) my old Grundig AD182L radio with a fresh AD182M with RDS, EON etc..
I'm using a cassette adapter to listen mp3 from my portable cd player and my pendrive mp3 player.

When i had AD182L i could switch from cassette to radio simply pressing smoothly both > keys (just like you want eject cassette).
With AD182M this doesn't work since the unit just changes cassette side from A to B and vice versa.

so the question is... how the heck can i switch from cassette to radio without pulling out the cassette adapter?????

Do anybody ever though to use the "phone-in" feature to connect an AUX audio source such us an mp3 player? this should be possible and very intresting!

Thanks in advance,
Alessandro.

is there a MODE button? if so try this
other wise dunno

Theres a button to the left of the cassette slot, possibly says 'SRC' on it. Press that.

Hijacking slightly: How do i eject a cassette? lol, cant seem to get it to...

No mode button :(
AD182M Is the standard radio mounted in all Fiat Bravo, can't believe AD182L which is the previous lower model had this feature and the more advanced 182M hasn't there must be a way damnit :\

I have a different model. The SRC button is for switching the source. On mine there is a slider to the left if the casset tray which lifts plastic that hides the cassett and ejects it. Otherwise just try pressing FF and RW at the same time, this usually works

Yes i tried it (this is how it worked on AD182L) but with this model it changes cassette side :\

Im lost, can anyone else see my other post? Thats the same radio as mine, its one of the two buttons between the volume nob and the cassette slot, im sure it says SRC on it. Just press that and it switches between radio and cassette.

there is only one button between volume and cassette and its name is AUD.
With this button you can adjust BASS, Trebble and fader.

Maybe they sold enhanced models in england :(

The button you slide to eject the cassette is connected to a button inside on the other side of the cassette opening. Play (wear) in this simple bit of mechanics won't let the button you slide work the switch. Usually if you use your forefinger nail to push, and your thumb to press, it works!
