Your car is the 2005-2012 version of the Panda, which has a separate forum here: https://www.fiatforum.com/forums/panda-mk3.72/
If you ask there, someone will be able to post photos showing the answer.
The newer model is similar though: open the boot and look between the edge of the boot and the lights and there’s two or three screws. Remove these and pull the whole light unit straight backwards (which unclips some plastic clips). The wiring unplugs. Then, track down a similar light (plenty on eBay etc) and fit back in exchange.
To add to the above: see this item on eBay - you can see the three screw holes in the black plastic, and also see two small white 'pegs' which are the clips that hold the front edge of the light in place. Unscrew the screws and pull the light sideways to release those clips. The wiring connector can be seen as well - the plug has a little catch that has to be lifted to pull the plug out. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/166450081152
