Symbols may be helpful.

yes, I checked it, need to reset. just went through an MOT so hopefully nothing major, have been checking tyre balances..
thank you!

Even cold mornings can trigger the warning.. Happened on both my 500 and Skoda

But yes.. well worthwhile
Setting all 4 tyres pressure, then use the TPMS RESET 😉

Note: the system has no idea what the tyre pressures actually are! (There’s no pressure sensors in this ‘basic’ system, used on many ‘lower end’ cars). It actually uses the ABS sensors to detect if one wheel becomes much smaller (rotates faster) than the others, which happens if the tyre is *very* soft. But the system tends not to spot a change if just a few psi/bar, nor is it very good at spotting if *all* the tyres have lost pressure (as happens when the weather turns colder). It is not a substitute for checking the tyre pressures frequently. (If you have a new tyre fitted it tends to trigger too, as the new tread makes the wheel appear bigger, and so rotate more slowly.)
