Technical How to pair Fiat 500e with app?

Hello I have a 2022 Fiat 500e Icon from 2022 bought 2nd hand, and I can’t figure out what app to use with it.
Uconnect (which I used for my previous 500) says it doesn’t work anymore and redicrets me to a MOPAR website which is a labyrinth
I tried the FIAT app but that one gives misleading instructions. Tells me to look for an option in the menu one sees in the instrument board but the option is not even there.
Do I need info or codes the 2nd hand dealer didn’t give me?
I’d like to have the car paired to an app that allows us eg to locate the car when in a parking lot, or to tell us how much charge the battery has.

Only app is the FIAT app and only a dealer or Fiat can connect you. Use the button next to the rear view mirror to talk to them.

Hello, I also bought my 500e ICON used and to use it on the uConnect platform I did the following procedure:
1- I reset the multimedia to factory parameters.
2- In the applications on the home page, the “activate services” app appeared
3- I entered my name, surname and email.
4- I received an email to complete the registration on the uConnect website.

From then on, the system recognized and linked the car to my account.
