How to get the A-Pillar trim off?

What's the simplest way to get behind and/or remove the A pillar interior trim piece guys? Is it just peel back the door seal and it's easy or are there retaining plugs such as those holding on the door trim?

oz,the best way i have done it is to pull the door seal away and just pop it off,no screws just little clips but they go back on easy,they are not like the door card ones.

You don't even need to faff around with the door seal. Slide a flat head screwdriver at the end (top of the car) and force a movement to the centre of the car. Pull out. Easy!
