How to eject tape form cassette player

Hi...
I have a “bizarre” problem with my cassette player in Brava. How can I eject a tape from it? I try everything but I didn't eject it. When I press from left side button (see picture and it have red arrow pointed to that button) it open “door” and when I press it again it starts to “WIND >>” the tape!!
Is there any help?

Do you have manual for this type cassette player and radio?

Make sure you keep it held to the right for more than 5 seconds then it should eject.

Noup, i press it really hard but it just said “WIND >>” !!

Try it with the radio on instead of tape on,?

I try everything but nothing...

Try with tape on and then with radio push button to the right and hold it to the right until tape ejects i had to hold it to the right for 20 secs once!!!!

that button has nothing to do with winding. could be that something isn't connected right in the player. how did you eject it before ?

I have no idea, but when I encounter such problems a flathead screwdriver or 2 usually does the job.

Mine also has that problem. Your radio is broken and as far as I know, there is nothing you can do about it. It is a problem with the logic (software or firmware).
