How has anyone with a Cinq fitted front speakers?

Have you replaced the front standard ones with straight swaps and modified the grill?

OR

Made door builds?

I've fitted some 4" co-axials into the standard dash positions but there is no bass at all. Im getting a sub for the main bass but I want some at the front so that it sounds half decent.

I might build a 6" pod for a mid-bass speaker and get a cross over running the co-axial's in the dash from the high pass and the mid-bass from the low pass.

Any ideas?

I understand Kenwood Dual Mags are a good option for fronts. No idea about grille clearance though - RobW has some fitted, maybe pm him?
