How did you find Fiatforum?

Hi guys and gals,

Found you by doing a Google search looking for info on our 500 by Diesel.
Great looking forum! I've been on a few over the years for various other cars so hopefully this one will be just as good as others (I'm sure that it will be ) ;)

Through Google. I have just bought a Fiat 500, my first Fiat, and I needed to find out how to manage the dreaded petrol cap!

I have just started driving again after a long break, and I wanted a small automatic, and I've always liked the look of the 500. So far I love it (apart from the petrol cap).

Just bought a fiat panda after quite unfortunately falling in love (unfortunate because I've already been teased for it). Picking him up tomorrow :D.

Stumbled upon the forum as I was looking for information on how to give it good TLC (y)

I was going to go to my local PDH garage for an answer to the problem I have only to find that they're not there anymore!
So, I did a google search for a messageboard and hey presto...here I am! :D

Hi, Douglas here.

I found the forum while Googling Fiat 2.5L 115 HP engine.

My vehicle is a 1994 Fiat Iveco M40 military troop carrier. Google it for a picture.

I Googled ' how to shut off a diesel engine because mine wouldn't shut off and I found this site. I stopped the airflow and it stopped running. Works fine now.

I'm interested if anyone in here is familiar with my truck / engine / situation.

Thanks
Douglas

Hi folks.

My first post after registering. I thought it only fair after I kept stumbling onto your forum to answer little questions over the 1998 Seicento 0.9 a friend asked me if I wanted. Against all my previous instincts I agreed to take it on [it was free] as I wanted a little runabout. And blimey, they don't get much smaller, but I've sort of fallen in love the little thing. The weird thing is that the little 39bhp engine can be pushed into delivering a tiny bit of performance and it's great fun going round corners. Reminds me of my very first car - an old Austin Mini.

Yes, the hydraulic tappets rattled. I used your good advice to replace them [£30 a set.!] after cleaning out the rocker oilways, and now they're quiet as... The heater box I've flushed out, and there are a couple of other things that I've attended to and I'll get around to, but really it's getting sweet. Cheers.

Found it on google just bought a punto mk2b (I think) and seen this forum pop up a lot so here I am

Hi, Hannah here!

First time car owner of a Panda Active Hatchback (2007). Owned for a few months now, but have only driven probably about 3 miles in it as the clutch has gone  However, it is being fixed on the 31st, so I cannot wait to experience driving it without the fear of dying! ;)

Came across this site when googling my problems with the clutch, and again when having issues with getting the factory radio out. Seems this site has all the answers, so I joined up as soon as I had the time to go through registration!

Hi Hannah. Welcome

Done google search looking for info on a 2008 Fiat Grande Punto, just bought for my youngest daughters first car, thought Id check out a forum for ideas on whats what with this model.

Such a good knowledge base , helped me do a few jobs on it and so now donated a few quid in appreciation as Thanks.

I googled 'Fiat Punto common problems'. :) (Having just bought a Fiat Punto whose wiper linkage collapsed the first time I drove it in the rain, which turns out to be a stupid design flaw and common event!)

Hello! :)

I found FiatForum a while back when googling various queries. Have always found it very useful and looked like a place I would like to be. So I have finally plucked up to courage to join. And I do have a question, which I will post in the correct forum of course.

Thanks for having me!

Hi everybody,

I found Fiatforum by chance while googling for solutions for my Fiat Qubo 1.3 MJT troubles concerning poor heating, rear door unlock button not working, intermittent right passenger's seatbelt warning light... I am sure there are other users with similar issues...

By my side, it's nice to share my experience to other users! I like putting hands on my cars (I also own a Chrysler Voyager 2.0L16V) and I normally provide maintenance myself.

Thanks in advance to you all for your great experience you are sharing!!!
