A sort of droning noise?
Can you locate general area using a long screwdriver to your ear as a stethoscope?
Does it change when you press the clutch pedal?
I assume you mean "new to you" when you say new engine?:)

If noise is where you say , I should sling it back for a refund, as if overhauled I wouldn't expect that!:(

Problem is its all ready in the car and to re do everything but i have a other question do you have a idea if the injectors on this model of 2008 need programming to work optimally?

Thank you for youre help and time

The older Bosch injectors can be programmed using the code numbers on the top solenoid part, it may make slight difference in smoother running, but to be honest I have rebuilt those in the past and they have ran fine with no issues or programing and passed emission tests etc.
On the 2litre Scudo with the Peugeot engine they don't need it, I am assuming yours is the Ford type engine so not sure.
The smaller Fiat 1.3 and 1.6 engines it will make a slight improvement, but unlikely to solve the problem with your engine.
The later Piezo injectors I am not sure about.
What sort of warranty do you have on the engine rebuild?

That if its broken they just send me another one but its only the engine with nothing on it but they dont cover any other labor or parts i found out that i have 1 new injector with a leak so that is one problem found but now i also smell alot of exhaust fumes in the engine bay with visible smoke

This engine is making me crazy

It's running a bit lumpy from the motion of the pipes to the right

A lot of engines need the injectors coding in (with the numbers on each injector as BugsyMike has said)

I'd be checking this first , and confirming the numbers match

So is it a rebuilt engine or just a second hand one?
Can you use one of your old injectors re leak, unless the leak is what is giving the exhaust smell/combustion leaking past the injector /head area.
Any other exhaust leaks are obviously down to you if you only got a bare engine from them.
So could be from the EGR pipe work, exhaust manifold/DPF/turbo area, etc. Sometimes if revved up whilst some one watching under the bonnet you may see the source of exhaust leak.
What was meant to have been done to the replacement engine?

Thank you for this information i wil look at all that and its a rebuild engine the reson for it is i brought tho a official dealer ship of fiat because of a broken spark plug after 2 months they told me that the engine doesnt turn anymore when i asked them how that was possible they simply said it was a old engine and it exploded in the shop it only had 140 k kilometers and they said it is our fault and dident want to fix there mistake when i got the the car home i checked the engine to find that when they drilled the spark plug they left a piece in the engine and it destroyed the main valves and cilinder head causing extreme engine failure

You don't seem to have a lot of luck.:(
Sounds like pretty shoddy workmanship. If a piece they were drilling out dropped inside the engine , then common sense would say, tell the customer and give them the option to remove the cylinder head to correct the problem, not turn the key and destroy the engine!
