Technical HID or new philips Blue H1's

Does anyone have a preference on the type of head lamps available? I.e. do you prefer HID or the new H1 Upgrades that are offered by philips?? There are two types, not sure which H1 bulbs to go for? any help would be good..

HID definetely not are lights are not designed for xenon the other drivers might get blind because the light will come out in every way thats why xenon headlamps has lens inside
Please tell me more about the H1 upgrades that offered by philips i really like to know.

They are offered on www.autolamps-online.com The new blue H1 replacement gives about 50% extra light output and give have a look on that web site. The bulbs are quite cool. They are a direct replacement of your orriginal bulbs
