Just replaced my ageing Torq Xponent with one of these bad boys - http://www.denondj.com/DN-MC6000-P125.aspx

Should arrive tomorrow and then I can start banging out the tunes again. Hopefully the jog wheels will be a lot more responsive than the X, so I can get some proper scratching done :)

Any one else still doing any DJing??

Meee!
The only problem i have with those is that it's an all in one thing....i dunno why, i always think it makes it seem like a game, even though it doesnt. Ill shush.

Anyway yes i do. Two pioneer 800's :)

Produce?
Try dragging a set of 1210s, a DJM and a stack of vinyl around Asia :p

I switched to an all in one when I left the UK, impossible to do it otherwise as I move around too much :)

My old Sony headphones are pretty rank now actually, so I should upgrade. When I originally bought stuff, the Seinheissers were the best - but you reckon Denon are pretty good for cans now?

Cool, I'll check them out.

I mix UK Hardcore or Hard Dance if people are complaining it's too fast - hehe.

I want to get more into d'n'b - but I don't know many artists (of the style I like) and get tired of just trawling through trackitdown all the time. Would be great if bundle packs were available :)

And no - I don't produce - wish I could though, as most of the stuff I like is circa 2004 - so not really produced anymore....
