Hi all,
I am hoping someone might be able to shed some light to something that is apparently a mystery!
On NYE a roof tile fell off our house and smashed the panoramic roof on my 2024 Fiat 500. It ended up being an insurance job, the glass shattered and there was some damage to the roof where it meets the pano roof.
The company carrying out the repairs have had the car 4 weeks are are still missing a part that they don't seem to be able to locate. The roof glass has been removed, the new glass roof has arrived and it appears that the plastic trim is not present nor bonded to the glass, the parts diagram from Fiat does not show the plastic trims...has anybody experience this or know where we could find it as Fiat have a technical case open but response is veryyyyy slow!
Any expert advice would be warmly welcomed!
Thanks in advance
