whats up i am in germany and i haveing a hard time finding tuner parts for my 1997 cinq i am puting the 1.2 in it some time next week but i need to find after market sway bars and stuff for the 1.2 any one know a good site to buy parts from i dont speak german so its hard to find stuff here lol can any one help me with this

Sway bar(s)? You mean anti-roll bars? There are none currently in production. Sometimes they come up as second hand (or grow in Rallycinq's garden), but as conventional logic suggests that they increase understeer (which is generally not regarded as a good thing) there are few about.

Most UK (etc) manufacturers will export to Germany. And there are German firms making (or who used to make) stuff. More on what's out there in the FAQ/Guides.
