General Help with fitting sunroof blind please

I can’t seem to get the blind in , I keep losing tension . I roll blind up and then attach fitting on end which spins (circled in pic ) which way do I spin it and how much ? And how do I keep the tension while putting it in ? I posted about before but I’m still stuck. Any help would be appreciated

Hi,

No sorry I left the roof lining and blind in place.

I have got a spare blind that came with the new roof. It comes out as an assembly I had thought of swapping mine as its weak but have not got around tuit yet.
