help...valve caps!!

my valves caps dont wanna come off, and i need some air in a tyre.. any advice??

They are metal nes and i think they may have fused themselves on!!

pliers or a pair of stiltsons should persuade them to come off!

Try pouring boiling water on them, should make the metal expand and crack the corrosion. If not then get a pair of pliers and gently squeeze the caps to free them up. (although the latter will wreck them)

Next time put a little smear of coppa-slip on the threads first.
