Help needed!!!

Hi everyone. i own a fiat punto gt and im struggling so badly to find anyone who can help me. i have the injector light coming up on my dash and the car is really badly misfireing so when i put my foot down a lot of noise but goes nowhere. i have bein to a garage who say its one of the valves but im not convinced could it jus be the injectors or is the garage right? please help me
