my point here mate it seems my issues are wiring again 😣 always wiring and sensors with my ducato
When this van came to me
It had full service history and looked after but they missed most important part the windscreen seal to engine was pissing water in
So damage is done I’m afraid
Last year I had to strip under passenger headlight all the harness and dry and clean all connectors and then fit armour over cables in rusty junction
Now it’s happening again because I have changed my complete full front end to facelift and surprising it’s leaking again 😂🤷‍♂️

The facelift involves fitting new front brace support legs which come painted
And has you know we have about 5 earth cables that fit to the front of the brace to some welded on bolts
And last night it came to me I’ll need to grind this paint off for a metal to metal contact and not paint

My gearbox to chassis earth strap I could move it will not tighten so that’s definitely rounded off inside 🤷‍♂️
Ecu below scuttle tray is below the leak under bonnet hinge which they do supply some drains now that fit on the bonnet hinge brackets

So today I need to sort all above for earth points but the gear box bolt rounding I have no idea on that one

So has you can see I have a short circuit some place because look at the codes I’m getting ??
Always can related or sensors

This morning I got u1600 and then
D600 & d601

My lambda issue has gone this taking it off and cleaning

I keep getting abs code po856 but goes away
Help please 😂😂 good news is I have all winter on my driveway to fix the errors

I will say this tho I am still leaning toward clutch or slave issues
Because they can throw all sorts of crazy can codes etc and trick you it’s sensor related

that is connected to the bcm
Sorry for the questions mate I’m still learning has I go with fault codes etc and definitely wiring I don’t touch
I gather information and get a auto electrician friend around but like to first gather has much information to help him out
Yes it was a test done on dash …but still it’s not normal for an Ecu to say this right ?
