help identify my car

Guys can you help me identify this car? I think it's an 84 124 spider but I haven't been able to find one that was white with black rally stripe. If you know anything about this car please let me know, thanks!

With just the front end pic, it's a little hard to tell for sure, but I believe that this is a 1984 Fiat Spider that has been altered - Pininfarina badge is correct for '84 - '85, but the bumpers have been deleted and front turn signals moved to the old front bumper shock holes,...the dealership, or previous owner, must have added the black stripe,...
Can anyone else add more,...?
What's the VIN? And check emissions tags on doorframes for dates,...
