Is this a Modern 5 door "popemobile", with Climate Control?

It is a 5 door 2014 500L with this climate control

No control over one side.. Or just cold air.. Not hot?

There Is a reset procedure..

But if a flap is broke it will need work


Where are you based.?

Warm air and cold on passenger but only cold on driver side i live in norfolk what is reset procedure please

Possibly the heater actuator? I had the same symptoms when I first bought the car and this part fixed the issue.
