Hi guys,

help needed with heather/ac blower under the glovebox.

Few weeks ago found burt contact on the controlling electronics (near the fan). Changed it for new one and still don't work. Fan works, fuse is new.

Don't know what's next. Maybe relay? Can't find which one.. Anyone help?

Thank You

Bit confused, what’s actually not working as you’ve put that it’s still not working but then you’ve put fan works? Burnt connections means somethings obviously not happy. If the blower isn’t working it could have seized which could explain burnt connections, although the fuse should have blown in theory before it got to that stage

Fan works (tried to connect it on 12V and it's fine), speed regulator is new so as fuse..

Fan inside the car, under the glovebox is not working. Works separetly, but all together it wont blow the air..

Ah get it now, so when you turn the knob for the blower nothing happens, but you’ve checked the blower and it works when you connect it directly to 12v. I take it you’ve tested the switch to rule it out?

@bugsymike @koalar any ideas on this one???
Does sound like a new fan control switch and maybe the wiring plug also required.
It may be worth checking that the fan is working freely and not overloading the circuit causing extra heat in the wiring plug/switch area.
In the past the heater fan speed resisters fitted to the side of the fan housing used to fail on Fiats, now they have moved the weakness further along.;)
If no obvious cause then all OP can do is replace damaged parts and check correct fuse for fan is fitted.
