Hi

Probably the resistor pack.. but potentially the fan..

Has it been patchy in operation before?

If you have a basic test meter.. just look for 12 volts at the fan terminals.. then work back to resistor plug

Could also be a fuse in the engine bay. It's not blown but bad contact , i had it twice. Used a little sandpaper to fix that.
