Great guide! Big thanks for this.
Did mine today on the 1000S and can now turn my heater off!
The hardest part I found was reassembling the 2 halves of the box... and have 4 spring clips over... can't for the life of me see where they go :rolleyes:
During a thunderstorm recently my windows steamed up badly... but when I got the matrix out, found it wasn't leaking. Tested by blowing into it in sink full of water with finger over other pipe - no bubbles - no leak...
I managed to get another valve as mine was completely knacked, so now I'm good till something else goes wrong...
