Technical Heater fan stopped working on 2007 grande punto

Ok so here goes I know nothing about cars...

Today I was driving along and heard a clicking like noise in my blowers/fans! A few mins later my fans just stopped working! I looked at fuse in the engine which I thought it was but they all look fine.

I fiddled with a cable disconnecting it under the glove box and reconnected still no look ;( my abs light and parking light is now also on(possible end fuse messed up now pls)

Any advice on how to get rid of warning lights and fix my fan?

Fan problekms very common on the gp. A search in the non-abarth gp section will throw up loads of threads.
