General Headlights and Indicator fail

Hi new to this....Recently removed dashboard from my ducato 55 plate to change heater matrix....since re-assembly headlights both high and low beam not working also indicators not working....everything else is fine..hazzards,rear lights and also side lights work.....any suggestions on fix as haven't got a clue....thanx

easy test,
unlock steering column rake adjuster and move through full arc/back and forth,
with lights / indicators called for,
LOTS of wiring all crammed in there..!!

do the hazards work..??

Sounds like you've not plugged something back in or have knocked something out when re assembling

Yes Hazzards work fine everything else is fine ....just no headlights(high or low beam) and no indicators....
