Technical head lamp alignment screws! HOW!!!!

Hi all!

just put the front end of the stilo back togeather after my little accident just before christmas and everything has gone reasonably o.k but I can not for the life of me work out how to get the head lamp aim right!
Now usualy as i understand it, there is a vertical adjust and a horizontal adjust but these lights on my 5 door I can not work out which screw does what!:bang:
The hexbar/screws coming out the back are the metal type(not the nylon ones as were previous). i've managed to get the aim sort of acceptable where i can see and not blinding anything coming towards me.
I am usually queit good at trueing up beams but these screwing my head up

I can't remember them off the top of my head, but have mentioned them on here before so a search should bring up all you need to know
